NCT ID NCT05621616

First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests a liquid form of mirabegron, a medicine already used in older children and adults, in children aged 6 months to 3 years who have bladder problems due to nerve damage (neurogenic detrusor overactivity). The goal is to see if the medicine helps the bladder hold more urine safely, reducing leaks and pressure. About 7 children will take the medicine daily for up to a year, with regular checkups to monitor safety and effectiveness.
