Summary
This study tests a set of emergency steps called the MINUTES bundle for adults with undifferentiated circulatory shock (dangerously low blood pressure from an unknown cause). The goal is to see if this rapid 30-minute approach can restore blood pressure and improve organ blood flow within 6 hours. About 202 adults aged 18-65 will take part at Assiut University.
