Summary
This study tests a fast emergency plan called the MINUTES bundle for adults with undifferentiated shock (dangerously low blood pressure from an unknown cause). The goal is to see if this 30-minute approach can restore blood pressure and improve organ function within 6 hours. About 202 adults aged 18-65 will take part at Assiut University.
