Summary
This study tested a 14-day treatment with minocycline and metronidazole for people whose H. pylori infection did not clear with previous treatments. The new combination worked as well as the standard therapy, but over half of participants had side effects. The goal was to find a better-tolerated option for this common stomach infection.
