Summary

This study looked at 100 children aged 2 to 12 with hard kidney stones (10-20 mm). It compared two treatments: shock wave therapy (SWL) and a mini-surgery called mini-PNL. The goal was to see which treatment removes stones more completely and safely. Results will help doctors choose the best option for kids.
