Summary
This study looks at whether a free Danish website called Mindhelper.dk can help improve mental well-being in young people aged 15 to 25. About 4,900 participants will be split into two groups: one gets access to the site, the other does not. Researchers will measure changes in well-being, psychological functioning, and body image over 12 weeks.
