First seen May 14, 2026 ยท Last updated May 14, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a free Danish website called Mindhelper.dk can improve mental well-being in young people aged 15 to 25. About 4910 participants are randomly assigned to either get access to the site or not. Researchers then measure changes in well-being, psychological functioning, and body image over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if a self-guided online tool can effectively support youth mental health.
