Summary
This study looks at whether a mindfulness-based stress reduction program can help nursing students better manage stress, anxiety, and depression. About 93 students will take part, learning techniques like breath awareness and yoga to improve their emotional well-being. The goal is to help them respond calmly to challenges instead of reacting automatically.
