Summary
This study tests a mindfulness-based training program to help children aged 7-11 who are staying in the hospital manage their fear and emotions. The training aims to give kids lasting skills to cope with stress, not just during medical procedures but also later in life. The study will involve 54 children and measure changes in emotion regulation and fear levels.
