Summary
This study tests a mindfulness-based emotion regulation training for children aged 7-11 who are staying in the hospital. The goal is to help them manage fear and control their emotions during their hospital stay. Researchers will compare the training to standard care in 54 children to see if it reduces medical fear and improves coping skills.
