Summary
This study tested whether practicing mindfulness can help people with psychosis avoid relapses. Researchers in Hong Kong enrolled 152 adults who had recovered from their first episode of psychosis and were in stable remission. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either mindfulness training or standard care, and were followed for 12 months to see who experienced a relapse.
