Summary
This study is testing whether mindfulness-based therapy can help people with serious mental illnesses like schizophrenia, depression, and bipolar disorder. Researchers are comparing regular treatment alone to regular treatment plus mindfulness therapy delivered by community mental health clinicians. The study aims to see if this approach reduces symptoms and improves quality of life for 160 participants over 24 weeks.
