Summary

This study tests a mindfulness-based sleep program designed for Black women who have trouble sleeping. The goal is to see if it can improve sleep, reduce stress, and lower the risk of heart and metabolic diseases. About 340 Black women with insomnia will take part, and researchers will measure changes in sleep quality and stress levels.
