Summary
This study looks at whether a single session of mindfulness-based neurofeedback can change brain activity in teens who often get stuck in repetitive negative thinking. Researchers will compare 50 at-risk teens with 50 healthy teens to see if the training reduces overactivity in a key brain network. The goal is to better understand how this thinking pattern works and how it might be changed.
