Summary
This study looked at whether practicing mindfulness meditation can improve quality of life and brain activity in people with epilepsy that doesn't get better with medication. About 37 adults and teens with this type of epilepsy, plus some healthy volunteers, took part. Researchers measured changes in quality of life using a questionnaire and checked brain waves with an EEG.
