Summary
This study looks at whether adding mindfulness practice to a college human physiology course can help students become more mindful, feel better, and handle stress more calmly. About 89 students will take the special 'Mindful Physiology' class. Researchers will measure their mindfulness skills, well-being, and physical stress reactions before and after the course.
