Mindfulness via zoom: a new hope for autistic teens and their families?
NCT ID NCT07501286
First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests whether a special 8-week mindfulness program (MINDful TIME) can lower anxiety and depression in autistic teens aged 13-18. Teens and their parents attend weekly Zoom group sessions and use a meditation app. The study compares them to a group that only uses the app. The goal is to see if the group program helps more than the app alone.
