First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special 8-week mindfulness program (MINDful TIME) done over Zoom with a parent can lower anxiety and depression in autistic teens aged 13-18. One group attends weekly group sessions and uses a meditation app; the other group only uses the app. Researchers will compare changes in mood and mindfulness between the two groups.
