First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week mindfulness course can help people who have had a stroke better understand their body's signals and improve their emotional well-being. Thirty adults who had a stroke at least 6 months ago will take the course either right away or after a wait. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for emotional recovery.
