Mindfulness may ease emotional struggles after stroke

Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week mindfulness course can help people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago improve their emotional well-being and body awareness. Thirty participants will be randomly assigned to start the course immediately or after a delay. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for stroke recovery.
