Summary
This study tests whether watching guided mindfulness videos can reduce depression symptoms in pregnant women and improve their quality of life. About 120 pregnant women with depression will either receive the video sessions three times a week for eight weeks or continue with standard care. The goal is to see if this low-cost approach works in places with limited resources.
