First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether watching guided mindfulness videos can reduce depression symptoms and improve mental well-being in pregnant women living in areas with limited resources. About 120 pregnant women with signs of depression will either receive the video program or standard care. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost approach can help mothers feel better and potentially improve birth outcomes.
