First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 4-week mindfulness program can help pregnant women who became pregnant after infertility treatment feel less stressed, adapt better to pregnancy, and worry less about their baby's health. About 44 women will be split into two groups: one gets the mindfulness training (breathing, meditation, body awareness), and the other gets no extra training. The goal is to see if this simple program improves emotional well-being during pregnancy.
