Summary
This study is testing whether a mindfulness training program can help reduce stress and anxiety in women who became pregnant after infertility treatment. It will involve 44 pregnant women, with half receiving a 4-week program of meditation and breathing exercises. The goal is to see if this helps the women adapt better to pregnancy and worry less about their baby's health.
