Summary
This study tested whether mindfulness-based healthy living training could reduce premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms and improve quality of life. 114 women with regular periods and high PMS scores participated. The training focused on healthy behaviors and mindfulness. Results showed potential benefits for symptom relief and daily well-being.
