Mindfulness class aims to reduce stress and boost empathy in future nurses

Summary
This study will create a mindfulness elective for nursing students and test if it improves their mental health, reduces problematic internet use, and increases empathy. About 240 students aged 18 and older will take surveys before and after the course. The goal is to see if mindfulness training can help future nurses handle stress and connect better with patients.
