Can mindfulness cool hot flashes and improve sleep?

Summary

This study is testing whether an 8-week mindfulness program can help reduce hot flashes and improve sleep for women going through menopause. Ninety women will be randomly assigned to either take the mindfulness classes or receive no special program. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms to see if this non-drug approach is effective.
