Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week mindfulness program can reduce hot flashes and improve sleep in menopausal women. 90 women aged 45-60 with hot flashes and poor sleep will either join the program or receive no treatment. The program includes breathing exercises, body scans, and stress management techniques.
