Summary
This study tested whether mindfulness-based interventions can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in people with type 2 diabetes. A total of 140 patients were randomly assigned to either a mindfulness program or a control group. Researchers measured changes using standard questionnaires for stress, depression, and anxiety. The goal was to see if learning mindfulness techniques could improve emotional well-being in diabetic patients.
