NCT ID NCT07342816
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week mindfulness program can help university basketball players improve their skills, body control, and mental well-being. About 126 athletes will be split into a mindfulness group, a psychological skills group, or a standard control group. They will complete surveys, fitness tests, basketball drills, and recorded games to measure any changes.
