Summary

This study tested an 8-week mindfulness-based psychoeducation program in 50 adults diagnosed with anxiety disorders. Half took the program, half did not. Researchers measured changes in perceived stress, intolerance of uncertainty, and cognitive flexibility before and after the program and one month later. The goal was to see if mindfulness training could help people cope better with anxious thoughts and feelings.
