Mindfulness may ease menopause mood swings and sleeplessness

Summary
This study looks at whether mindfulness-based exercises can reduce anxiety, depression, and improve sleep in women who have recently gone through menopause. About 20 women in Turkey will be split into two groups: one doing mindfulness exercises and one getting usual care. Researchers will measure changes using standard questionnaires for anxiety, depression, and sleep quality.
