Can mindful movement soothe Menopause's mental toll?

Summary
This study aims to see if a program of mindfulness-based exercises can help reduce common psychological symptoms of menopause, such as anxiety, depression, and poor sleep quality. Researchers will enroll about 20 women in Turkey who are recently postmenopausal. Half will do the mindfulness exercises while the other half receives no special intervention, to compare the effects on their well-being.
