Summary

This study looked at whether adding a mindfulness-based stress reduction program to an 8-week exercise plan could improve fitness and quality of life in women with breast cancer. 100 women who had finished chemotherapy and were undergoing radiotherapy or hormone therapy took part. The goal was to see if the combined approach helps with both physical abilities and emotional well-being.
