Summary
This study looks at whether combining mindfulness exercises with e-health information can help university students in Macau better understand and use health information. About 268 students will take part in an 8-week program during their PE classes. The goal is to see if these tools improve their health, media, and food literacy, as well as critical thinking and decision-making.
