First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether using a mobile app or virtual reality for short mindfulness and breathing exercises can lower stress, burnout, and sleep problems in nurses who work rotating shifts.
