Summary

This study tests whether watching a short 5-minute mindfulness breathing video each day can improve quality of life and mental well-being in people with breast cancer. About 50 participants who have finished chemotherapy will either practice this breathing exercise for 6 weeks or receive standard care. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free method can help reduce stress and boost overall well-being.
