Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week mindfulness training program could help full-time workers better manage their emotions and stress at work. Researchers wanted to see if learning mindfulness skills leads to improved job performance and satisfaction. The study involved 195 participants who were randomly assigned to either take the course immediately or after a waiting period.
