Summary

This study tested whether an 8-week mindfulness training program could help full-time workers better manage their emotions and stress at work. Researchers wanted to see if learning mindfulness skills would lead to improved job performance and satisfaction. Nearly 200 participants were randomly assigned to either take the mindfulness course immediately or wait, allowing the team to compare results.
