Art therapy eases burnout for Quake-Zone nurses
NCT ID NCT06706505
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether mindfulness-based art therapy (MBAT) can help nurses working in an earthquake-affected area. 44 nurses took part, with some receiving weekly MBAT sessions for 5 weeks and others acting as a control group. The goal was to see if the therapy could reduce emotional struggles, burnout, and improve psychological flexibility.
