Summary
This study looked at whether mindfulness-based art therapy (MBAT) can help nurses working in an earthquake-affected area. 44 nurses took part, with some receiving weekly MBAT sessions for 5 weeks and others acting as a control group. The goal was to see if the therapy could reduce emotional struggles, burnout, and improve psychological flexibility.
