Summary

This study is testing whether a mindfulness app can help teenagers recover from concussions. Researchers will compare an app that teaches mindfulness skills against a simple math game app. The goal is to see if the mindfulness app improves quality of life and reduces symptoms like fatigue and anxiety during recovery.
