Can a phone app speed up teen concussion healing?
NCT ID NCT07272941
Summary
This study is testing whether a mindfulness-based phone app can help teenagers recover from concussions. Researchers will compare the app to a simple math game to see if the mindfulness program improves quality of life and reduces symptoms like fatigue and anxiety. The goal is to provide an easy-to-access, low-cost tool to support recovery after a head injury.
