First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study will test a smartphone app called Mind Space that teaches mindfulness skills to Thai university students who are at risk for mental health problems. The app includes guided exercises like body scans and meditation to help students manage stress, anxiety, and depression. Researchers will compare students who use the app to those who don't, measuring changes in their well-being over 8 weeks and again after 6 months.
