NCT ID NCT07483515
Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile app that provides short weekly mindfulness and breathing exercises can help first-time expecting mothers and fathers manage stress and emotions during pregnancy. Researchers want to see if using the app reduces signs of depression and improves emotional control. The study will follow couples from early pregnancy until their baby is six months old.
