Summary

This study tests whether a therapy called Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) can help people with borderline personality disorder (BPD) reduce self-harm, manage emotions better, and improve their quality of life. The study will involve 60 adults diagnosed with BPD who are not hospitalized. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive MSC therapy or standard care, and researchers will measure changes in well-being and emotional health.
