Can mindful running ease your aching knees?
NCT ID NCT07462429
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a guided mindfulness and running program, delivered through a popular meditation app, can help adults with chronic kneecap pain. The goal is to see if combining mindfulness with physical activity can reduce pain, decrease fear of movement, and improve running form. Researchers will measure if the program is practical and acceptable to participants, and if it shows early signs of helping with symptoms.
