Summary

This small pilot study is testing whether a mindful running program, guided by the Headspace app, is practical and helpful for adults with chronic kneecap pain. Researchers want to see if combining mindfulness with running can reduce pain, lessen fear of movement, and improve running form. The goal is to gather initial data to see if this approach is worth studying in a larger trial.
