NCT ID NCT07437092
First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests a brief technique called Mindful Recollection, where people meditate for 13 minutes and then recall an unresolved memory. Researchers want to see if this reduces negative emotions and helps people feel more closure compared to a simple mind-wandering task. About 220 university students will participate.
