Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week mindfulness program (MBCT-L) helps workers regulate emotions and improve job performance. 195 full-time employees completed daily surveys about their mindfulness and emotions. The goal was to understand how mindfulness affects work life, not to treat a disease.
