Summary

This study tested whether an 8-week mindfulness program (Mindfulness for Life) helps full-time workers regulate their emotions and improve job satisfaction and performance. 195 participants completed daily questionnaires about their mindfulness and emotions. The study did not involve any medical treatment and was designed to understand how mindfulness affects work life.
